Character Biography:

History: Chloe worked her way up the ranks of CTU Los Angeles after transferring from Washington, DC, from being an Internet Protocol Manager to finally a Senior Analyst. She displays extraordinary mastery of hardware and software but an almost complete lack of social skills. However, she did manage to make several friends during her tenure at CTU and has a great deal of loyalty to them. She routinely helped CTU agent Jack Bauer engage in unauthorized use of CTU computer resources without his superior’s permission and even assisted in helping Jack to fake his death. She had a brief relationship with a subordinate named Spenser Wolff who turned out to be a mole. She has had to deal with an ever-changing roster of bosses, nuclear threats, a corrupt President, and witnessing the gruesome deaths of her co-workers in a nerve gas attack. But Chloe can be counted on in a crisis. Just don’t try to engage in a friendly chat with her.
